INDAGA TPS (SPAIN) was born in March 2023 with the aim of continuing to practice after the basic course we took with Arawana.
We started a small group that little by little more people have joined, not only from Spain but also from Latin America, and other parts of the world, which opens us up to interculturality, diversity and openness, enriching the meetings even more. I want to take this moment to thank my colleagues in Latin America for inviting me to their TPS groups and learning about the dynamics of running an online group.
It's been very nice because at each meeting we have new people joining us who are joining the practice. There are people who continue the practice as a way of continuing with basic training, but there are other people who join the practice for the first time, so time and again we see that we all learn as if it were the first time. In each session we review the foundations on which TPS is based, focusing especially on the ma’, that place of stillness and pause that invites us to discover what the next movement brings us.
The sessions are full of warmth, attention and deep listening. They offer us slowness and pause for presence and awareness, often bringing new discoveries about our daily lives. There are many lessons that we share in each practice, maintaining care for intimacy, vulnerability and mutual respect. Each one begins her process in each meeting and together we sustain deep and transformative discoveries.
In particular, I feel deeply grateful to be able to share these teachings that are giving me so much, not only as an active daily practitioner, but as a facilitator; a dream that began for me in January 2016 and culminated this year 2024 with the advanced session shared with the New York cohort.
THANK YOU ALL
